🌊 As a Software Engineer, you will

• Design products and implement systems to bring a modern, technology-driven insurance experience to consumers
• Own large swaths of Oyster's product and infrastructure and pioneer entirely new approaches to solving problems unique to embedded insurance
• Collaborate closely with the founders to develop the vision, shape future roadmaps, and make important company decisions
• Represent the company's product and engineering and engage with merchants and customers to iterate quickly

• You are either deeply knowledgable and passionate about design, product, and software engineering, or are able to seek, absorb, and apply new information rapidly
• You approach solving problems with creativity, apply rigor in making decisions and tradeoffs, break down complex requirements and constraints into elegant technical solutions, and really care about getting the details right
